1. Some of the sections do not work well in piuclub site. What can I do?

Piuclub site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer. Thus, please use Internet Explorer when you visit piuclub site.

2. I applied to join one of WPF-approved clubs but my name didn’t appear in the club roster. What can I do?

After a club leader or a club administrator gives an approval, you will appear as a club member.

Procedure for a club leader or administrator to give approval :
Log into your clubsite -> Click ‘Settings’ menu -> Click ‘Application management’ -> Click ‘Approval’ or ‘Disapproval’

3. When I click my character on upper right, accumulation points are shown. How can I use them?

Upon opening of the Points Mall, you can use your points to buy PIU materials or items for club decoration. Points Mall will be opened in May or June.

4. How can club points be calculated?

Standard of evaluation: Club activities + Holding events

5. Do we have to upload only files related to Pump IT Up in ‘Photo’ and ‘Video’ Menu?

No. You can upload any photos and any videos that you want to share with pumpers. However, we do not allow uploading copyrighted material for which you don’t own the rights and pornographic photos or videos.

6. How can we submit reports about our events?

Please upload event reports, videos and photos in ‘Event’ menu. WPF organizing committee will give points after evaluation. In case of holding an event together between clubs, please mention club names in ‘club name’s item’ when you fill out event report.

7.I can’t upload videos in clubsite. What can I do?

WMV 9 version, Divx4 (OpenDivx), Fully Compliant MPEG-4 V2 among WMV files do not provide encoding. In addition, mpeg-1VIDEO (MPG) or FLV do not provide a screenshot. WMV7 or 8 versions are working very well so please, do not use above. Sorry for the inconvenience.
