  • 1. Where can I buy AM.Pass card?
  • You can purchase AM.Pass at the game center where card reader is installed..
  • 2. How can I use AM.Pass card?
  • you can use the card after registration card serial (16-digit-numer) to your current using game ID or new ID.
  • 3. How can I register AM.Pass card?
  • You can easily register it if you follow below.
    1. Login to PIU website.
    2. Click Game ID management in my page.
    3. Select game ID or create new ID to register into AM.Pass card.
    4. Enter serial number in the card (16-digit-number).
    5. You can play game by tagging card into card reader.
  • 4. How can I change AM.Pass card?
  • You can easily change it if you follow below.
    1. Login to PIU website.
    2. Click Game ID management in my page.
    3. Select game ID to register into new AM.Pass card.
    4. Click AM.Pass card move button.
    5. Enter serial number in the card (16-digit-number).
    6. You can play game by tagging new card into card reader.
    Please be sure that previous card is no longer available to reuse.
  • 5. Can I use USB game ID by AM.Pass card?
  • You can easily change it if you follow below.
    1. Login to PIU website.
    2. Click Game ID management in my page.
    3. Select USB ID to move data to AM.Pass card.
    4. Click AM.Pass registration button in USB ID menu.
    5. Enter serial number in the card (16-digit-number).
    6. You can play with registered AM.Pass card from now on.
    Please be aware that registered AM.Pass card ID will not be changed back into USB ID.
  • 6. How can I use AM.Pass card in case I already have 3 IDs by USB?
  • Data move into AM.Pass card is possible for USB registered ID.
    You can easily change it if you follow below.
    1. Login to PIU website.
    2. Click Game ID management in my page.
    3. Select USB ID to move data to AM.Pass card.
    4.Click AM.Pass registration button in USB ID menu.
    5. Enter serial number in the card (16-digit-number).
    6. You can play with registered AM.Pass card from now on.
    Please be aware that registered AM.Pass card ID will not be changed back into USB ID.
  • 7. If you lose AM.Pass card, please click loss button in your loss game ID.
  • If you lose AM.Pass card, please click loss button in your loss game ID.
    Play will be block in those reported ID.
    If you find AM.Pass again, please press cancel loss button then you can continue to play.
    If you completely lose AM.Pass card, please buy a new card and move the data.
  • 8. Is it possible to change AM.Pass card ID to USB ID?
  • It is impossible to change AM.Pass card ID to USB ID.
    If your card is broken or in loss, please buy a new card and move the data.
  • 9. Is it possible to register AM.Pass card I played once to my previous ID?
  • If you play even 1 time, new card is no longer in status in new card and impossible to register it to previous game ID. So please be aware about it.
  • 10. Is it possible to use previous card after I moved data to new AM.Pass card?
  • If you move the data to new card, previous card is no longer to reuse.
    Please make decision cautiously since the card will be not availble.
  • 11. Is it possible to use AM.Pass card which is reported loss?
  • It is impossible to use unless the reporter cancels the loss report.
  • 12. What can I do if it says invalid card even if I put correct serial number (16-digit-number)?
  • Please double check if you enter correct serial number (16-digit-number).
    If it is correct but it keeps saying invalid card, then please report it to our website.
  • 13. Is is possible to use other company's card?
  • It is impossible to use unless AM.Pass card which Andamiro officially releases.
  • 14. Is it possible to exchange the card if it is bent or broken?
  • It is impossible to exchange the card damaged by user's fault.
    Please buy new card and move data to it.
  • 15. What can I do if there is no card reader in game center?
  • This is the case nothing we can do about it.
    Please ask game center manager in case there is no card reader.
